Jason Bourne is again being hunted by the CIA. It begins when Nicky Parson a former CIA operative who helped Bourne who then went under and now works with a man who’s a whistle blower and is out to expose the CIA’s black ops. So Nicky hacks into the CIA and downloads everything on all their Black Ops including Treadstone which Bourne was a part of. And Heather Lee, a CIA agent discovers the hack and brings it to the attention of CIA Director Dewey, the man behind the Black Ops. He then orders Parsons be found and hopefully Bourne too. Parsons makes contact with Bourne who told her to remain under but she tells him, she found out his father was the one who created Treadstone and that they were interested in him long before he joined. Eventually they find them and there’s a chase. Dewey sends a special operative known as The Asset who tries to get Bourne but gets Nicky instead. But before she dies she gives him something which leads him to the file she got and when he reads it

This is the third time Matt Damon and Vincent Cassel have appeared in the same movie together. The first two were Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen where Matt Damon played Linus Caldwell and Vincent Cassel played François Toulour.
In the CIA base on Reykjavik where there’s an entire team of hackers, one of them says “Use SQL to corrupt their databases”.
A hacker would never, ever say that but would say something along the lines of “Use an SQL exploit” and likely use the code name for the exploit. The writers may have intentionally put this in the script, though so this may not be a goof.

The last Borne entry is just OK. Summer entertainment movie, no more, no less. On the bad side: The script is pointless and tricky, Alicia Vikander sounds really like a bad actress and the fist fights are poorly staged. But the worst problem here is the direction: one gets really tired of that shaky camera. I watched the movie from the 5th row of the Multiplex (escaping form the pop’corn munchies) and 5 minutes into the movie I was feeling dizzy alright. I cannot imagine what could be the effect of watching it from the first or second row.
Just two more objections: Can anyone tell me what car is Bourne driving in the final chase? I definitely want that brand, as it seems kind of unbreakable after all it goes through!! (even if it has a major drawback: air-bags don’t seem to work at all). And the last one: Really??? Can a SWAT truck do that??? C’mon, guys!! You really stressed out my suspension of disbelief muscles with that!!!
